   This song is about a boy who is still a minor and is seriously falling for a girl who is a little too old for him. He does all kinds of crazy stuff, like getting a fake ID, but he just can't seem to keep up with her, because she is a legal adult and has a job in the city while he still can't do all the things that he'd like to, like drive himself to school and afford a bus far.

   The song is about a boy who is not yet legal but is crushing over a girl who is. He cant yet drink, go to clubs, have sex with a major etc.. And hes pretty upset. He tries to impress the older girl (buys a fake id for her) but it doesnt qork as he is too young.
   What funny is that they are all over 18 now haha

   This song is about a hopeless relation ship. He is not yet 18. He is still a minor. But the girl he is after is either 18 or over. He wants to be with her by buying a fake ID and everything, but he knows that isn't enough.
   
   "I'm just waiting till I'm 18" is saying that he's basically giving up and he's through trying so hard to get to her when he's not even getting any closer.
