oi heres what i gathered from the song
btw the therapist is basically the same as the girl but itd talking about self esteem issued and anxiety
Well the girl part is identifying a persona that the guy is with bruh that was obvious
the girl has flaws and she not the best girl in the world but the guy doesnt mind being with her because shes kinda hot tho and they can make a bootiful misfit family
the frend part is saying that actually you might think or ppl think that ur a slob etc for not doing something for example college or a task but acctuslly its not because of that ur laziness or not wanting to u didnt do the task
u didnt do it cuz nobody gets u u know theres always a bigger picture

This is an anthem for misfits and imperfect people. But they are alright with being that way.

I love how if you recommend this song to someone they'll think its "She looks so perfect 2.0" as Micheal once said, even though that song has a good message, (body positivity). But it's explaining how it's ok to want to do something most people look down on. They're encouraging teens to do what they want to do no matter what others would think. And they're saying it's ok to not be normal.

When I listened to this I always think of Luke and arzaylea because think of it the lyrics says SHE PUT ME ON MEDS, SHE WONT GET OUT OF MY HEAD ( I read somewhere on twitter arzaylea does drugs ) and SHES ALSO SAYING I GOT LOW SELF ESTEEM (Luke is not always doing unnecessary things like the others so it means maybe he is not that confident to do things)
And MY NEIGHBORTOLD THAT I GOT BAD BRAINS ( BECAUSE HE DIDNT FINISHED SCHOOL) -

This song has a very misleading title, which is one thing I really like about this song. It's not about a "She" but more so an anthem for misfits- for people who don't feel like they belong, as 5SOS have mentioned in interviews. This song is basically saying that it's okay to be different.

It's about a girl who's bitchin cause luke always sleeps in. And she always screams when she's calling her friends but luke says that she's kinda hot though
