   La canción cuenta la triste historia de un hombre que sufre al seguir sus sueños porque hace sufrir a su pareja en el proceso. Cuando él decide acercarse a ella por su ausencia ella no lo acepta y viceversa. La confianza se perdió y la paciencia también, sólo queda una especie de "amor" obsesivo por ambos, porqué él no puede dejarla ir y ella está ahí para frustrar todo intento de hacerla feliz.

   It's about wanting to leave a toxic relationship but you don't want to let that girl go or you are afraid of breaking up with her and leaving her.

   Kiss and tell is about all of Toms adventures unfolding the UFO subject.
   
   He goes on saying that you shouldn't kiss and tell even though you are needing to get out all this information, But these things have to be done slowly. He’s talking about how it’s difficult because it’s like balancing on the edge of a knife but also very thrilling and the only thing keeping him full of life and energy. He also is referencing his life and how it has changed because of this subject and how it’s affected his marriage with Jennifer as well. He says right at the end of the song..
   “ I can’t wait, this one won’t last if I don’t let her go.” He also states that he’s throughly invested in this topic and says “ I can’t let this one go!”
   
   I think Tom has sacrificed a lot in his life for what he believes in and he really has stuck to his guns when if comes to his integrity. You have to give the man credit for pushing through all of his trials and tribulations! He’s extremely talented and every genius has a little bit of crazy in them. I love his new work and song it’s incredible!
