It's just John fucking around with words and ideas. The foreign sounding lyrics he admitted himself were just gobbledygook gibberish which he loved

it doesn't really mean anything.
It is a reversed version of the Abbey Road song "Sun King." The lyrics aren't even different words. They're just the lyrics to "Sun King" written backwards. The song was reversed for the Cirque du Soleil show LOVE. The song forwards means the same backwards. Also, according to wikipedia:
The lyrics of "Sun King" reflect Lennon's growing obsession with the Severan Dynasty of the Roman Empire.
The faux mixing of Romance languages occurs in the last three lines of the song. In 1969, Lennon was interviewed about these lyrics and said, "We just started joking, you know, singing 'cuando para mucho.' So we just made up... Paul knew a few Spanish words from school, you know. So we just strung any Spanish words that sounded vaguely like something. And of course we got 'chicka ferdy' in. That's a Liverpool expression. Just like sort – it doesn't mean anything to me but (childish taunting) 'na-na, na-na-na!'" -
Appearing on the album Love, this is a backward version of Sun King. It may be refering to a deity, God, an idol, or some other person.
