This song is inspired by and based off of Operation Hump it was a search and destroy mission in the Vietnam War initiated November 5th 1965 by the 173rd airborne brigade. Dropped in the forest in an area about 17.5 miles north of Bien Hoa. Little contact was made through November 7th, and B and C companies settled into a night defensive position in a triple-canopy jungle hill.
