   I think this song is all about the social media attention seekers, who constantly ask for likes. Like just look at the statue with the heart above it's head. Clearly us as outsiders were fed up of seeing these kinds of people on Instagram getting all the attention and were like "I don't give a fuck about you" or "I got a million trillion things I'd rather fuckin' do than to be fuckin' with you" This is something that I would say if I ever see any of them bitches on Insta.
   
   But I could be wrong about meaning of the song, but that's just my theory really.

   If he truly moved on and was happy, he wouldn’t be ranting, raving —or showing off about his wealth and/or new girlfriend.
   
   In other words, the girl crushed him, (he’s in love with her, she doesn’t want him), so he’s raging like a fool.
