   actually, this song is about Oli struggling with his drug problem.
   
   "It started off with a one night stand and lingered to a fling"
   He tried it once, thinking it was the only time, but he got hooked.
   
   "All you feel and all you want you still need your blood
   Talons raised but different now you're up to no good"
   He looks like the same person, but he feels different inside.
   
   "Take my hand show me the way heal all the children who can't be saved
   Take my hand show me the way heal all the children that make me sing"
   (It should be we are the children who can't be saved)
   He fell in with all the other people who have lost their way, due to the drugs.
   
   "One more nail in the coffin, one more foot in the grave

   How has it come to this"
   Every time he does it, it gets worse and he's basically killing himself. He doesn't know how it got so out of control.

   He wants to seem okay, and he doesn't want his loved ones worrying because he's telling himself he's okay, even though he knows he's not.

   a man falls in love with a woman after a one night stand but she doesnt love him back. he fights for her love and she pretends to love him only to drain him of his emotions and material posessions. he realizes what shes doing and tries to leave but she wont let him. he feels like hes dying inside but he cant escape. hes losing everything but he cant stop it. he tries to ignore it and tries to pretend everythings ok telling himself that its all in his head. the relationship doesnt end until hes lost everything.
