   She is saying in this song that we are ALL worth more than gold. And she means it. Another thing she says and means in this song is that we are loved and that we are enough. She also says and means that we are beautiful just the way we are. We don't have to follow fashion models to be beautiful. The only thing we have to do is see ourselves the way God sees us - strong, beautiful warriors.
   
   I have literally been obsessed with this song since I first heard it in 2020 or 2021. At first I was like, "Meh", but then I actually started listening to it, and I was like, "Yeah, this is the song!" And now it's my favorite! I seriously listen to this beautiful song every day, y'all. Like I-don't-think-it's-not-good-and-I-love-it kind of listen to it every day. In this song, she says, "This, this is for all the girls and boys all over the world: whatever you've been told, you're worth more than gold! So hold your head up high - it's your time to shine! From the inside out it shows you're worth more than gold! You're worth more than gold!" And these words can resonate with our lives if we let them. They can even make our day or night. Like a famous saying says, "Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me." That saying isn't true, though. Words can hurt someone even when they're meant to be uplifting. When you interact with someone, I challenge you all to say something nice to them. But this isn't just one time - this is every time.

   i think the meaning of the song is that you are special no matter what any body says. brit wrote this when she was having a bad day to remind herself that every one is worth more than gold no matter what anybody says!
