   I heard he was in jail for cocaine or drugs. So this song, I'm pretty sure, is about him getting out and starting his life over. He's also saying that it was wrong for him to do whatever he did, but its too late to change it, so he must now live with the consequences. Maybe one day, he can live his life with happiness once again. So move on, life is short so don't waste your time trying to change it or control it all.

   Looking through all of Bruno Mars' songs, I have realized that most of his work is based off of both love and love sickness. While there is a lot of evidence pointing to his regret for his drug charges, the main phrase that hits me is "My fragile heart". This does not mold to the idea that he is regretful. He is almost creating a self-pity party. He wants the world to know that he was screwed over by love.

   This Song Recalls For My Computer Supposed To Be Fixed, But The Budget Is Not Enough Because The Allowance Of The Money Is For Food, Bills Of Electric, Water And Wifi And Etc. That's Why I Waited Very Long When The Time Comes For Me To Have Extra Budget To Afford Fixing Computer.
