All These Lives Lyrics

Doesn't come down when she calls,
"It's time for breakfast."
Momma can't get down those halls
Fast enough to see
Glass is sprayed across the floor
From the broken window.
She can't breathe anymore.
Can't deny what we know.

This is obviously a song about child abduction.

In the first verse it is showing how a mother is starting off her day just like any other day, but realizes something is off. "She doesn't come down when she calls 'Its time for breakfast'" So then the mother goes to see why her child isn't coming down to find glass on the ground and her child not to be there.

When it says "they're going to find you, just believe," means that they are not going to stop looking for the child and hopes the child understands that.

"All these lives that you've been taking" is showing that this is a serial kidnapper.

"Broken homes from separation." The people in the homes are being torn apart from each other because of their missing child.

"Never gonna let you take my world from me." They're going to continue looking, no matter what.

"The world outside these walls may know you're breathing..." The child could still be alive, you never know.

"Posters hung on building walls Of missing faces." Also indicating it's a serial abducter.

"The memories begin to fall." The parents are slowly forgetting the love and happiness they shared with their child.

"She asks 'When will I be Free?'" When will their child be found and they can get out of their tortured lives.
