Sea of lovers means we as a sea who are feeling lonely and lost. We need a light which is a lover to follow their way. We trust our lover to show the right way to make living. The happiness will make the silent gone away swiftly. Those hopes will come true too. Then, we’re gonna learn to love them as apart of our life soon.

I believe this is a song being sung to God.
She is stuck in a sea of multiple lovers and she cant find her way back to herself. She says her prayers have not been answered, she is lost, and is asking for him to bring her home .

shes in love and she describes the person she loves with wind. and she describes herself as dark. and "sea of lovers without ships" means love without a way, kind of a clueless love. shes just saying how she in love again and the only way "out" or the way to satisfy her love is to be with the one she loves.
