   To me this song means that you've been so in love with this person in the the past and you're so in love them now, but had to deal with the things that have happened to both of you. This makes both of you the person you are today. Understand that everything is out of your control. You are so in love with your family and friends that you take care of everything you think you need to take care of and forget about taking care of the one you truly love. It's human nature. God makes you a stronger person after these things. Why did this happen? Not sure, but after time you appreciate everything more when it's gone. So, please appreciate everything that's here today...because it might not be here tomorrow. And if that person is the true love of your life, make sure you do the best you can do to make sure you are together for the rest of your lives!

   To me personally, this song is about forgetting what is around you and focusing on your one true love. Love is such a powerful thing that when you're under it you feel like the biggest and strongest person and that you can conquer anything. It is a feeling you cannot control; true love.
