Breaking Glass Lyrics

Baby, I've been, breaking glass in your room again
Listen...

Don't look at the carpet, I drew something awful on it
See...

You're such a wonderful person,
But you got problems oh-oh-oh-oh!
I'll never touch you!

This is just about the acrimony between David & Angie. Previously in Time the division had become obvious "Breaking up is hard, but keeping dark is hateful. I had so many dreams...But you, my love, were kind, but love has left you dreamless". In Breaking Glass the ties are severed "Baby, I've been
breaking glass in your room again. Don't look at the carpet, I drew something awful on it. You're such a wonderful person. But you got problems, oh I'll never touch you". Bowie later described bing with her as "living with a blow torch" & she described the marriage as an arrangement, describing him as a sexual alley cat.
