Breathe is about, as quote David Draiman (the singer) that it's written about an old-school slasher film, the killer speaking to the prey.

The song means that you should give up and just join the rest of the drones, just believe the lie and then you wont have to worry about being different or unique. (disturbed does not actually mean this, its just the song lyrics)
