   A woman who doesn't learn from past mistakes and continues the act of making the same mistakes without learning from these broken relationships she keeps adding to the past issues and taking them into the next relationship rather than seeing the positives and actually learning from them. He's also saying after break up there is no chance of reconciliation as they are to both get on with Thier lives and give love a chance with someone else ❤️

   It’s about breaking up. That feeling that you get when you know it’s over just prior to the official end. You’re together with someone for so long and you both feel like it was all a waste of time. You then think about all the good times you had and realize it’s just the way things revolve or evolve so in the end it wasn’t just wasted time.

   I think its about drug addiction.A addicted woman reflecting on her life.How it causes you to end up alone and broken.It says it in the song .The hours go by like minutes but the shadows come to stay so you take a little something to make them go away.How a lifetime of drug addiction destroys all relationships and ends up just wasted time.

   In my opinon this song is about finding yourself still single in middle age. You never thought you'd be alone this far down the line. I can relate! I was 43 before I met my husband.
