ACTUALLY; Eminem sings this song connecting to alot of his other songs and life challenges. He first made tthe song kim on the "Marshall Mathers LP" album and its about him killing kim for cheating on him. (He didnt actually kill Kim.) If you hear at the end of the song (Kim) hes in the woods then you hear car doors shut. Then the beginning of 97' Bonnie and Clyde ( Recorded on The Slim Shady LP album) starts with that sound because its the finishing of kims death and throwing her in the water. HE NEVER KILLED KIM THOUGH, it was a metaphorical death.

97' Bonny & Clyde ISNT a song about him murdering his kid's mom. it speaks metophoricly & what eminem is sayin in this song is how he wished Kim was outta his life cuz his life would be better with jus hailey & him. But as Eminem says in his quotes, he talks bout killing but he'd never actually kill & those of you who think he does are more effed than him. lol :))

this song isn't about him and hailie killing kim. she didn't help kill her. she was already dead. you can't help kill someone who is already dead you can just help dispose of the body. hailie just helped put her in the water. but it is pretty f***ed up that he would write about havin his own daughter help him hide her.

its about how Eminem wants Kim out of his life with her new husband and stepson he just wants it to be him and hailey he has no real ill intentions of killing kim at least i thin but also at the same time we dont actually know the true story behind this song

This song isnt about Eminem killing his wife. Its not about him wanting to kill kim... because he doesnt. Its about Em wanting Kim out of his life. And he expresses it as one big metaphor. It also represents his love for his daughter. If you were confused about the title... Bonnie and Clyde were criminals who robbed banks and killed cops/civilians.

To me, this song is about both his anger at Kim and his love for his daughter. Especially the last bit :)

The song "Kim" and this one connect to each other even though they are both on two different albums. It's about him taking Hailey to the dock with Kim in the trunk after Em' killed her. He then throws Kim in the lake so there are no more problems with her.

I'm just gonna say to all u freaks that think eminem's bad, that he would NEVER kill someone! His wife is messed up and he expressed his anger in a metaphorical way. Just because he went through some bad times and made really bad decisions doesn't mean that he's bad now!

No its not a metaphor. Its straightforward. What else could "make a bed at the bottom of the lake" mean? Stop being apologists. Its not genius.

Well, he recorded that song to express his anger and frustration out of kim! and to record that song, he told kim that he is taking hailie to chuck eee cheese! .

First off, this is the most amazing song ever written.
Anyway. The meaning behind this is all he wants is kim out of his life, because without her his family would be MUCH better. He would never actually kill someone. He has been through to much stuff to even explain, and those who say they "feel" him, Nahh, hes the only one who has been through all this shit. And i respect him so much, Hehe i also rely love him ! (:

Him and his daughter killed his wife kim so it can be just them together, that's why it says just the two of us, you and I .

Well, first, just to say... Its a pretty twisted song when you dig deep into it.
Its about him taking his daughter Hailie on a "trip" where she helps him kill Kim, the wife he never wanted. But I guess you can say its not as crazy as his other songs such as "Kim" since hes all baby-talk throughout the song and he says "there goes mama splashing in the water"(shes drowning after he throws her in the water)
