   For sure Eminem has dedicated this song to himself . In this song he talks about that stage of his life when he left music and became a drug addict despite all this he did not give up he found the inner strength in himself and again stood up . He also talks about that stage of his life when he had thousands of 2pac fans around him but did not feel week he raised himself from bottom to top ...

   It is saying that no matter how much you wanna lay down and let go of your life, you have to keep fighting and keep working for it. Your struggle won't end, but you still need to work to make it worth it. You will only get one oppurtunity to be everything you want to be in life and that is something that when it comes should be held on to. Don't take any moment for granted and make your life your own. And if you keep fighting the fight they call life, people are going to hate you, but that is just like an award. The more the people try to hurt and the more they hate you because you don't give in to the crap, the more of a respectable person you are.
   
   Marshal Mathers is one of the best rappers to ever walk the Earth. He has been slandered and shot down and he has had his dreams rippede away from him. He has had to work for everything he has now, and for that he has earned respect. People, mostly jealous rappers who know they will never amount to half of what Eminem is, try to be better than him and always fail miserably. They try say things to make him crack and to make him give up and share the spotlight, but Eminem is too much of man to let it get to him. He just comes back with verses of gold that basicaly slap the others in the face with brutal honesty. He is the embodiment of truth and everyone thinks the things he says. He just has enough guts to say it out loud and in public.
