   And the band that many people confuses evanescence songs with is a band called "Scorn" or "Scorned" I'm not sure. They're the band that released an album titled Evanescence, and I think the frontman is a male so it couldn't possibly be them. Yes, this song was written by amy lee for her senior graduation. Her high school choir sang it.

   Yah, this song is written by Amy Lee, it was going to be on Origin! She wrote it in high school and I've read that it was done by the Millenium Choir (maybe that was her school Choir?).

   This song isn't even by evanescence. There was another band that let out an album titled "evanescence". And many bootleg versions of evanescence's albums have added this song on their release of the albums, most commonly "fallen". If it isn't somewhat obvious due to the fact that you can't realy hear amy in the song very much. There is obviously a female vocal, but it doesn't sound at all like amy.

   This interpretation has been marked as poor. view anyway
