Fall Out Boy: Pavlove Meaning
Pavlove Lyrics
Oh, oh, oh oh,
Oh, oh, oh oh.
Something make my chest stir,
Something make my head blur.

This song is about cocaine as far as I can tell. From the worries of overdosing in "I'm not ready for a handshake with death" to the euphoria alluded to in the line "I'm just such a happy mess".
Then there's the reference to the woman going back to the bathroom -- a common place for doing a line, or bump.
The chorus truly sends this theme home with: "I'm the invisible man, who can't stop staring at the mirror . . . I want to make you as lonely as me, so you can get addicted to this".
This chorus deems the narrator as invisible because the mirror is covered in coke -- he can't stop staring at it because he can't stop doing the cocaine. Additionally, the old proverb "misery loves company" comes to mind insofar as the narrator wants the aforementioned woman to ingest the cocaine to make him feel better about his own addiction.
