My Name Is Human Lyrics

I'm feeling the way that I'm feeling myself
Fuck everyone else
Gotta remember that nobody is better than anyone else, here
(Do you need some time to think it over?)
Look what they do to you
Look what they do to me
Must be joking if you...

00:01 Figure draped in black is suspended from ceiling by two black cables representing technology of the past being dependent upon wires.
00:07 Cables disappear as man walks closer representing the fact that modern technology is stand-alone and needs no tether.
00:10 The figure begins to emit light as the man removes the black cloth covering the figure representing the idea that it is a living being. The man throws the black cloth to the ground and approaches the figure in a stern manner representing the idea that he is in charge. He knows he is working with something unknown and un-tested.
00:14 Once the cloth is removed you will see that the figure is wearing a black robe. This figure represents the evil which is inherent in artificial intelligence. It is expression-less due to the fact that it has no emotions.
00:18 you see an android face with warning signs affixed on the cheeks representing the fact that what they are assembling is potentially dangerous.
00:23 The android is being assembled by robot arms, such as are used in auto-assembly plants. It is important to note that the robots assembling the android are capable of only simple tasks, such as up, down, in, out, etc...
00:28 The robot arm on the left inserts a small tube with a lighted probe into the back of the android.
00:31 The android leans back and then forward as the eyes change from black to blue.
00:38 and again at 00:50 you will see that the android is looking at, and is aware of the robot tools used to create it.
01:30 The android looks at it's hands as it becomes self-aware.
01:36 The finished android is standing looking forward as if half-aware. A light is pulsating from her chest.
02:00 The man is doing the finishing touches in order to create a more human-looking android.
02:14 The peacock represents man's pride and also God's perfection. Man's pride is what has led man to attempt to create artificial intelligence, without regard to the dangers.
02:18 The man checks his watch, as if to say we are running out of time.
02:20 The man is looking at his creation with the more human-like head attached.
02:24 Android sitting on table covered in black spikes as dress form on stand comes into view on left. The android in black spikes represents the idea that she is a weapon.
02:29 The man rests his arm on the dress form as he contemplates the fact that this android could be used as a weapon.
02:39 The android curiously approaches the peacock and extends her hand to it as the man watches.
02:43 The peacock turns away representing the idea that nature rejects any attempt at artificial intelligence.
02:45 The android is in a chamber being fed huge amounts of data through cables coming from the eight white computer looking boxes surrounding her. There are many other black computers in the background.
02:50 Energy can be seen jumping from the cables into the bottom of the chamber.
02:52 The android is now self aware, and also aware of the fact that she was created by humans, not simple robots.
02:54 Crystals begin to grow on the androids chest as well as on the floor all around her. Seconds later she is covered in blue crystals. The crystals represent the idea that humans evolved from crystalline DNA.
03:07 The man is looking at his finished creation.
03:15 2 Androids are being programmed in tubes in the background.
03:18 The 3 androids are exploring and becoming aware of their environment.
03:26 An android holding and android arm appears to the left. This represents the android's ability to build more androids themselves without the assistance of humans.
03:33 The man is trimming black feathers from the androids dress. He trims one off and tosses it to the ground. This represents removing the imperfections of the past.
03:51 The dress form has been laid down. This represents the fact that it is no longer useful.
03:55 The man is standing in a room filled with scores of androids representing the idea that man will be outnumbered by androids which are self aware and as human as you or me..
04:02 the man and the android are standing together representing the ultimate union of man and machine. she is leaning on his shoulder to represent the idea that she now has emotion. She is a machine which has been given self-awareness by the addition of the same crystalline DNA that created us. He is content knowing that he created a being which mirrors our own state of being, half human-half machine. We are dependent upon technology but technology is no longer dependent upon us. In the future Intelligent androids with human DNA will build even more intelligent androids, let's just hope that they have empathy for us.

The song is basically about opening up your mind and eyes to see that we as "humans" are thru society pathetically small and insignificant, but when you look beyond society and its "answers" you find that we as humans are a manufactured descendant of the "star people" and you can find your god and answers you seek when you look inside, and look to the stars. We are starting to become "gods" ourselves with technology, but we already are, being that we are products of our "Gods". Everyone needs to realize that logic and science doesnt have all the answers, the third eye will make everything the other 2 eyes see, make sense.

He is saying get off your knees. (Quit praying) Stand face to face with your god. Find out what you want. (Figure out what you really believe in not what everyone else thinks you should believe in. WHAT DO YOU REALLY WANT?)

I believe that "My Name Is Human" is a powerful and inspiring song about self-empowerment and breaking free from the constraints of society. It is a reminder that we are all human and that we all have the power to create our own destiny.

When you read the bible it talks about how in the beginning there was just God. So basically God was a lonely creator so he created all of us to basically entertain himself and not be alone. It is important to understand that God is not human he is the ultimate energy, the ultimate power source to all things, an intelligence, in Chronos time. So to make us, he basically split his soul into billions of pieces. Thats why the bible says the holy spirit is inside all of us. My point is God has to use his consciousness to create us, his energy if you will. So we are God, every single one of us. We are just God playing out billions of scenarios. So this song is about people who have experienced a spiritual awakening and realize how connected we all are. Also how we DO have power to control our lives and make it beautiful. Thats why people should pray because these secrets are revealed to you through prayer. We all are meant to be here and we all have a mission. The grand design. When he says i came down from the stars its because we did. God made our souls in the stars for thousands of years and when a star dies a super nova occurs as we know the law of physics energy cannot be created nor destroyed only transfers. Therefore at the energy must seek a new physical form. So after a star dies it is reborn into human form. The soul in the star finds a mother at the moment of conception. Conception is a literal chemical reaction with a charge as well. Its like a blast of light. Death is also a blast of light leaving the body. Compare them all they all look the same including the death of a star.

A lot of people think the song is about being a human,” Stevens tells Vanity Fair via email. “I believe some of us aren’t human at all. Or at least not completely, but that is still our name. At some point in the last couple hundred years something changed. The androids, the aliens. . . They aren’t coming. We are here. A molecule can enter our atmosphere and change the entire worlds genetic makeup without anyone taking notice. You think little green men are the aliens? My ‘name’ is human.

Anunnaki. Hello my name is human. Zechariah Sitchens earth chronical series is certainly at play here. If your looking for answers to how, why, when or where and your ready to embrace the true origins of man… it would be the answer. We are the descendants of those who from the stars did come.

The point is to illustrate that we are all the same breed of species (imperfect humans) and share our origins with the Gods. To getup off your knees means to stop praying and take a look in the mirror, standing face to face with your God!.. your self. We all have the potential to be Gods and nobody here is better than anyone else. Let go of the ideas of this world and find the God in you.. that’s when heaven will be at hand.

this song seems to be about how we, as humans could be gods but we continue to pray to the already established ones and cannot get to that point until we pick ourselves up.

To the one whom stated that "He was raised by narcissist or dated a narcissist that noone is better than anyone else."So does that mean we were created by a narcissist then Do? BUT DO YOU NOT REALIZE THATS EXACTLY WHAT HE JUST SAID. Because in other words we were all created and our gods or God who created us are also created from someone just like them now we are creating robot or androids and so forth so we are their gods. Like the other comment said god=human=god=human=repeat
To infinity and beyond maybe we are all narcissistic in one way or another but none is as different for the ones before us. So go look in the mirror and thank yourself and the ones before us our gods from witch we were created.Right

I think the song is about creating artificial intelligence and posing the question whether it is crossing the line or not to become gods. I bounce between that and facing yourself in the mirror because your mind is what tells you what you want and some people are using god(s) as an excuse or rationale for their actions instead of facing the fact that we are all responsible for our selves what we say and do is all us.

    We’re made by aliens,
    Your god isn’t real,
    Face it,
The reason they’re creating humans in the video is due to this premise

"Get up off your knees, girl
Stand face to face with your God"

"Get up off your knees, boy
Stand face to face with your God"

"I'm up off my knees, girl
I'm face to face with myself"

In the end, once he brought himself up, he found he was face to face with himself instead of the god he referred to earlier. Meaning he was the god. We are all our own gods.

"I stole my power from the sun"
Humans have used energy from the sun since our inception. Not just to make use of the sun's energy for other means, but to survive. Our bodies harness the sun.

"I came down from the stars"

There are many pre-human theories that suggest the life prior to humans, such as the very very simple microscopic life forms, came from being carried on meteors and such that crashed into earth. Those simple life forms created the first steps towards sentient, living beings.

When man makes machine man becomes god of that machine. When our creator(s) made us they became our god(s) in turn our creations will create and become gods themselves. It all comes around full circle. Man=god=man=god wash, rinse, repeat.
