"It's five O'clock, just got paid
I'll be off the next two days
    No more workin' like dogs
No more leash, no more boss
I got a weekend of nothin' to do at all
    Yee haw!"

This guy just got off work for a few days (possibly the weekend). He's excited about not having to work and be told what to do by the boss. His weekend is free and he is looking forward to having some fun.

"I know a place down the road
The girls are hot, the beer is cold
    It's two-for-one, yeah, that's right
Not just drinks, it's girls to guys
I hear the twins are back in town from Saginaw
    Yee haw!"

He plans on going to a 'place down the road' (a bar or a party someone is hosting) where there's guaranteed to be hot girls and plenty of cold beer. 'Two for one' beers are promised (either a bar special or an abundant supply at a party). "Not just drinks, it's girls to guys" meaning that there will be plenty of cute girls for him and the guys to see. He also is excited to see twin girls coming back from Saginaw (they may be visiting from there or go to school there).

"The place is packed, the line is long
The band knows every Haggard song
    I'm gettin' loose, I've had a few
She wants to dance, I do too
But her boyfriend's mad, I, I think he wants to brawl
    All right, yee haw!"

This guy is having fun. The place is packed with a line out the door and the band knows all of Merle Haggard's stuff. He is 'getting loose' after having a few, and dances with a cute girl. But she has a boyfriend apparently and he is not happy. He might be picking a fight with this guy, but he is keeping a good attitude with another 'yee haw'.

The 'yee haws' are a common expression associated with country music and 'rednecks' to express joy or excitement.

This is a pretty straightforward country song about a guy looking forward to drink beer and party with his friends and some cute girls.
