   A song about how ''The Arts'' can influence one's mind subconsciously to become ''the thing'' he's acting or viewing about That, that was created in his ''own'' image. Where at times jumps out to murder Others in real life. Sometimes, on rare occasions art imitates life to the point of wanting The Making to be real that He crosses the thing in himself to others, to either have the need to die for, Or murder others. A ''normal'' sane and saved Person that has been ''born again'' would rather die INSTEAD OF MURDERING ANYBODY IN ANYWAY BY HIS ACTS.

   A fantastic example of an atypical metal song: a pessimistic view of reality (derived from blues) mixed with a fantasy element (derived from mid-20th century pop) and the depiction of power or omnipotence: the line "he has created himself in his image" echoes the biblical point that god created man in his image, and portrays the figure as god-like, and at the same time, a mix between god and man. It depicts lust as a product of humanity, and reflects the desire to rise above this humanity dictated by urges and emotions to something more powerful, which paradoxicaly involves becoming closer to the animal world... Another common depiction in metal as a product of the exploration of life, what it means to be human etc. Its dark, pessimistic veiw is in alignment with the beginning of the metal scene, black sabbath and co., as a counter-culture, a reaction to the flowers-and-love hippie era of the 60s.
