   i think that this song was about the hopelessness lana felt in her life when she wrote it. it's not really a secret that she struggled with addiction during the lizzy grant era. its about how even though she knows its wrong she can't help herself hence: "just do what you love, just do what you can." some would argue that it's a happy song but really its a sad song about a happy moment...on drugs. how everything seems right and pretty for lana when she is using but also kind of erratic and unpredictable.

   'Jump' is another word for a drug trip, but it also could be interpretaded as litteraly 'jumping' off a building or as such. the song has themes of suicide and drugs shown throughout the whole thing. 'Palm trees in black and white' in black and white could be because she's tripped on drugs so much, and palm trees because she's somewhere warm like calafornia with palm trees. I think personally it's about exactly what she says, her going out partying loads but this time it doesn't end well for her
