I think this song is based around the cliques of schools and that she admits and submits herself as the "weirdo". It shows that she does not think if herself as the popular, funny, sort of perfect type. "The white teeth teens" are the stereotypical view on the popular kid at school and there group and how they have to keep up there 'street cred'.
