   Louis wrote Two Of Us for his mother who passed away in 2016. It’s a song basically saying that Louis is living his life not only for himself now, but for his mother as well (“one life for the two of us”). Louis and his mum were really close so losing her was undoubtedly one of the most difficult things he’s been through, and I think this song was lou’s way of dealing with grief and putting all his emotions into music.

   This song is definitely about Lou's mum and loosing her. We all know that they were very close and had a special bond and loosing Jay was the hardest, if not one of the hardest things Lou had to go through. This song is about how he lost her but he is going to keep going for her and he is going to do all he can to make her proud- although we all know she was already so so so so so proud of Louis- and I think it says like "Mum, I love you and loosing you was so hard but y'know what? You'd want me to keep going and I'm gonna do it for you. I'm gonna be strong. And someday I'll see you again" Soooo yeah. Thank you for reading. I love you!

   This song is definitely about Louis loosing his Mother and how he will be living life with her in his heart and memories even if she isn't really there.
   'Memories playing through my head' Because he misses her and knows he will never experience anything with her again so he's trying to hold on to what he has.
   'I'll be living one life for the two us' It pretty much speaks for itself. He's saying this because she died very young so he'll be living a life for him as well as her.
   'Even when im on my own, I know I won't be alone' and 'I know you'll be looking down' Meaning she will be watching him from Heaven and she will always be with him in his heart.
   'I could feel your blood run through me, You're written in my DNA' This basically suggests he is made up of her blood and DNA because she is his Mother.

   Okay this is a sad one, but this is about Louis' mom. He wrote this for her and the lryics "Even when I'm on my own
   I know I won't be alone" shows that his mom is always going to be with him no matter what.

   this song is about losing someone, in Louis' case it is his mum, and he explained that in the track by track of two of us, that it really is about his mum, and just losing a family member in general, he also said that whenever he meets fans who've been through something like that, he just feels very attached to them, but not only them, he also a different connection with every fan. but yes, this song is about losing someone in the family.

   The song two of us is about the loss of his mum in 2016. In the song he says "your written in my DNA." Which obviously relates to his mom unless he's secretly he's adopted
