Tag You're It Lyrics

Looking at me through your window
Boy, you had your eye out for a little
"I'll cut you up and make you dinner
You've reached the end, you are the winner"

Rolling down your tinted window
Driving next to me real slow, he said,
"Let me...

Let’s just pretend that I already said the whole thing about how wolf guy is chasing her.

The cashier hears Crybaby detailing how she’s being chased by the wolf and gives her poison so that she can get rid of him for once and for all. It sounds like she’s the only one who hears Crybaby (Can anybody hear me? Am I talking to myself?) and she gives Crybaby the means to kill the wolf.

This guy(wolf)wants to kidnap Crybaby and rape her. It seems like the guy was stalking her too, cause of the phrase "You had your eye out for a little". He was planning the perfect time to kidnap Crybaby.

When he tries to kidnap Crybaby she runs away and he chases after her in the parking lot and grabbed her. And she got taken away.

Also in "Milk and Cookies" explains how Crybaby needs to escape the wolf after being kidnapped. She tries poisoning him with poisonous milk and cookies.

This song is probably singing about a abusive bf or kidnapper. Crybaby was chased by the kidnapper and could've possibly been raped.

Like the others said, I think it's about rape/sexual assaults, we get this from the lyrics 'Grabbed my hand and pushed me down' we also see a wolf who kidnapped her. The video also shows that Crybaby is a child, we infer this from the scene in the music video about the wolf luring her in by giving her ice cream, we can also infer this from the lyrics 'I got some candy for you inside'. Kids like ice cream and candy.

I do not believe the Wolf had raped Crybaby. I believe this song is about kidnapping and possibly sexual assault. In Milk and Cookies, the Wolf attempts to stroke her hair after the cookies are done, therefore one of the reasons I believe this. Back to Tag You’re It, after the Wolf gives her the ice cream, he affectionately picks her up and puts her in the back. The song also says “Let me take your for a joy ride”, which could mean many different things. Near the end, the song says”Your mother said to pick the very best girl, and I am” But I don’t think the Wolf raped her, he just showed affection as her kidnapper.

Like all of the other reviews, i personally think that the wolf had kidnapped Melanie and took her somewhere, raping her. She came back from the store and she saw the wolf. She wanted a certain ice cream but the wolf suggested that she had a different one, the one that he had drugged. She passes out and the wolf rapes her. In milk and cookies, he forces her to make cookies. The cashier from before had given her poison. She puts that in the cookies and gives the cookies to the wolf. She got her revenge and escapes. Correct me if im wrong, im only in my first year of middle school so-

Are y'all mental? She said the meaning of the song in an interview. This song is just a fraction of a story that needs to he connected to her other songs to create the full story. In this song, Crybaby gets kidnapped by the Big Bad Wolf, hence the guy in the wolf mask in the music video. Furthermore, in Milk and Cookies, Crybaby poisons him and escapes. It's not about rape culture (which doesn't exist) or rape at all. If any of you were true crybabies you'd know that.

I think that this song is about kidnapping and sexual assault. It's explains not being able to get away from an aggressor. Well in the next song, Milk and Cookies. Something I noticed about the two music videos is that in Tag, You're it, the cashier hands her a bottle of poison which Crybaby never uses in this video but in Milk and Cookies, she forgets she has it and while making the cookies, the bottle falls out of her pocket. She then remembers how she got it and what it is and pours it in the cookie mix while the Wolf isn't watching as it says in the Milk and Cookies lyrics, "Next time you're alone, think fast when you grab the phone" which at this time he was answering the phone so he was not paying attention.

I think the song is about child abduction abduction, because the wilf is trying to lure her in with sweets and that’s exactly what a child predator would do.

I think it could be an abusive boyfriend because she says "Can anybody hear me I'm hidden under ground
Can anybody hear me am I talking to myself" saying that she is willing to be underground cause she is hiding not trapped. then she says that he said "I hope to god you're never leaving." Like how abusers act like a victim to make the real victim feel bad. And she describes the violence saying "he chased me and he wouldn't stop" and " grab my hand, push me down" and "if she screams, dont let her go" and I think that they know eachothers family from when she says " your mother said to pick the very best girl" and the lyrics "I can taste your skin in my teeth would make sense if they have kissed.

Just a theory about the vid, I think that the cashier gave crybaby the posion because the cashier was already kidnapped once and killed the kidnapper, so she was helping crybaby?

Like many, I believe that this song means that Crybaby has been sexually assaulted. When it says, ¨I can taste your skin in my teeth,¨ it makes me wonder if she means that she has kissed the sex offender, or otherwise known as the wolf. When she also says in the first line, ¨Looking at me through your window, Boy, you had your eye out for a little.¨ This made me think that she was followed by the Wolf in his ice cream truck. ¨Little bit of poison in me,¨ Suggests that she was drugged, and it also states in the song that the wolf ¨loved to hear her breathing,¨ and that he ¨hoped to god she wasn´t leaving.¨

I can't help but think about The Lovely Bones every time I hear this song. Sounds like it's about a girl being kidnapped and possible sexually assaulted, this taking her innocence away.

Cry baby was sad and alone after her pity party. She went to get ice cream , that the ' big bad wolf " had drugged. In the next song (milk and cookies) the wolf has imprisoned crybaby. Inferring into the song, it would seem that the wolf is a sex offeender and wants to 'keep' crybaby. She then escapes, using poison in the cookies he tells her to make.

When you think about it Melanie is a child a the wolf is a predator and there are a lot of ice cream drivers that lure kids in with ice cream so I personally think this melanie is being stalked by the wolf like when she says"looking at me through your window.Boy,you had your eye out for a little ."
