Fight Fire With Fire Lyrics

Do unto others
As they've done to you
But what the hell is
This world coming to

Blow the universe
Into nothingness
Nuclear warfare
Shall lay us to rest

(chorus)
Fight fire with fire
The ending is near
Fight fire with fire
Bursting...

It's obviously about the nuclear war and fighting fire with fire.

In a nutshell, this song is about the Cold War, and M.A.D. (Mutually Assured Destruction) which was the theory that the U.S. and Russia were not nuclear bombing each other in fear of retaliation.

i think this is about "treating others the way you want to be treated" ("Do unto others as they've done to you...") but little by little we treat each other with more hostility until finally we destroy the world.

This song is pretty much how nuclear weapons have advanced and as soon as the world gets into a big enough struggle, they will use them and it will end the world.
