   Patient just as I am , as always watching the time go by - he's doing the recommended thing patience. As he is patient it's not working waiting for a good outcome. He kills the words before they make a sentence . A sentence that is carefully analyzed by others when it's his significance behind the sentence." judgment "Meaning he rather not talk . Kill the feel before they can consume . Take pain to receive no pain. Meaning hurting yourself so when pain comes at you , you don't feel it. A sence of preparness or readiness.Tired of being judged while he obeys the rules . He's a good person while people question and judge him . A cycle of repeate waiting for a good thing to happen but never comes . The light drivin in me - special , honorable and sad to hear .

   In my opinion, or basically, my interpretation...is that he, the singer, felt like he was really going mad or just crazy, because of stress and all. I think that makes sense, he felt like a mental patient, or Patient Mental. This really is a pretty underrated Mudvayne song, in my opinion. The bass is strong in this one.
