   I have a long, but (I think) accurate interpretation of this song. Keep in mind the setting of this whole album is in a post-apocalyptic dystopian future.
   
   To me, it sounds like an outlaw, Johnny, is trying to convince a girl, Jenny, to skip town with him.
   In the intro/chorus ("gravity don't mean too much to me..."), Johnny's proposing the act of running away, basically telling her that he never stays in one place for too long, and he wants to take her with him when he leaves.
   
   In the first verse, he's hyping up leaving, saying that everything will be better if she comes with him ("Got a photograph dream on the getaway mile").
   
   The transition is him telling her that everyone will understand why she left ("How can they say 'Jenny could you come back home?' cause everybody knows you don't ever want to come back") and how he could be the perfect excuse to get her out ("Let me be the one to save you").
   
   The chorus is the same as before, but an elaboration on that would be that he's stating why she should leave ("these pigs are after me, after you", meaning the oppressive BLI)
   
   The second verse and transition kinda fucks with me, cos it doesn't really go with the rest of the storyline that I've mapped out...but it seems that he's talking about why he left his own town and turned into a vigilante or something ("the papers say, johnny won't you come back home. cause everybody knows you don't wanna give yourself up, tell the truth and God will save you").
   
   Finally, the bridge is Johnny giving Jenny an ultimatum: come with him and live the life she wants, or stay in the freedomless town she's in and never see him again ("And though I know how much you hate this, are you gonna be the one to save us? From the black and hopeless feeling, will you mean it when the end comes reeling?").
   And "Hold your heart into this darkness, will it ever be the light to shine you out or fail and leave you stranded" is him telling her that if she doesn't follow her heart on this that she'll end up stuck forevermore in the place she's in.
   "I ain't gonna be the one left standing" either way he's leaving, "you ain't gonna be the one left standing, we ain't gonna be the ones left standing" and he's taking her with him one way or another.
   
   *Note that the whole thing is actually Johnny speaking these words to Jenny.

   This is my interpretation of the song, lyric by lyric:
   
   "Gravity don't mean too much to me

   I believe this is a criminal, Johnny, speaking to a loved
   
   "The papers say, Johnny, won't you come back home?
   'Cause everybody knows you don't wanna give yourself up
   Tell the truth and God will save you."

   I think, when he says "And though I know how much you hate this, are you gonna be the one to save us? From the black and hopeless feeling, will you mean it when the end comes reeling?" Gerard was an alcholic and Mikey was depressed before, so possibly, the one who will save them from the black is their families. The black and hopeless feelings being their depression.

   Okay. If you are reading this and you are a BIG My Chem fan, then you might know what I'm taling about. I think "Johnny" is a metaphor character for Gerard (or someone else in the band) and he and the whole Killjoy group stays with a friendly girl (Jenny) and her family to avoid the "Pigs" (Generic and derogatory term for scarecrow operatives or BL/ind police.) and because she'd be a good addition to the team, they ask her to come along. She agrees and now "Jenny" is one of the killjoys. I think that she can be seen sevral times in the music video for "Na Na Na" and once driving the getaway vehicle in the music video for "Sing".

   I agree with the first rating. johnny's committed some sort of crime, and is trying to convince his love, Jenny, to run away with him. "Tell the truth and god will save you" I believe represents people attempting to get Jenny to tell them where Johnny is. This song can be interpreted in multiple ways, of course. MCR stated that this song is connected with "Jenny is a friend of mine" by The Killers....

   This song is jsut about being young and rebellious. Kind of like, 'this place isn't working for us, so we are going to try to go our own way'. Runaways are usually chased by the cops (pigs) and that stability isn't really a point. The song also has these 'kids' attempting to justify their actions.

   First off, I thing the line 13 might be:
   
   "And do our talking with the laser beam"
   
   Which I believe is refering to the laser beam sight used to aim rifles.
   
   Next, I think the chorus is refering to the strong pull for them to return home -- "Gravity, don't mean too much to me". Which implies he has some mixed feeling about being on the run from the 'pigs' (police?).
   
   And I think they are somehow trapped and cannot easily escape: "Run away, like it was yesterday, And we could run away, if we could run away" - makes it sound like yesterday they were in a better position to escape, but now they are not. It seems like a missed opportunity. That may be why they have to "blow a hole in this town" -- because they are trapped.
   
   And this line might be: "Want to give up yourself then tell the truth".
