   He has a constant battle within himself. It could be current against younger or the other way around.He is saying that, maybe, older version wishes he could get younger version out of the hell he feels hes in,but believes he can't because he doesn't know how to get out himself. Just an idea.

   He feels like a bag of errors and he cannot help himself thus he hates himself.. Soneone who cannot help himself cannot help another. Its simple.

   Feels like he sees the person in the wrong way.He wants to help but he has too much he worries about and the reason to hate yourself can be anything he seeks help from God but it's hard sometimes to believe in yourself sometimes u feel like a ghost like no one ever sees u.
