Let Me Go Lyrics

Talk to you with my hands tied
Walk towards you on a fine line
Everybody has a dark side
I feel embarrassed when they see mine
Rain falling from my dark skies
Clouds parting, but it's all lies
Shouldn't I see the sunshine now?
Wonder how I...

Also I think the 7 letters are not "let me go" and don't believe he's referring to the Book of Revelations (although may be a secondary reference) I think the 7 letters are "Freedom". He's in prison and wants freedom

Ive heard a theory of different versions of NF.. (i.e Nate,Nathan,NF) not sure if that's true but if it is... I think that it's the non-perfectionist rapper version of him talking. Hes in "prison" (he thinks fear has him in prison) and he's talking to all his emotions/or burdens?(the stuff in his mansion) telling them to "let me go".Personifying his emotions he prolly gets a bit lost in his conscious and realizes at the end it's him."I pick up the weapon, aim in your direction, shoot at my reflection, shatter my perception".

Most NF songs are really self-explanitory, that's just the way NF works, explaining what others can't. I think this song could mean quite a few different things. I think that Let Me Go is him yelling at his negative thoughts and all the things that hurt him. Him talking to his negativity and knowing that he isn't perfect, "Shouldn't I see the sunshine? Wonder how I look in God's eyes." He's asking all the negativity and pain and problems to let him go and let him be happy. He also questions a lot, meaning he doubts and those need to let him go too. "Am I a good person or a lost one?
Will this feel worth it when I'm all done?
Will I feel ashamed of like who I was?
With the pain vanish or will more come?"
in the second verse he says "why'd you say i don't belong here?" talking about his insecrieties and problems. He is very good at explaining things
