Aero Zeppelin Lyrics

What's a season in a right if you can't have anything
What's the reason in a rhyme if a plan means anything
What's the meaning in a crime, it's a fan if anything
Where's the learning in a line, it's a brand, it's a brand

How a culture comes...

Kurt seemed to be so amgry about major corporations during the late 80's and early 90's although if he was here now in 2012 he would probably see that its worse nowadays
"you can shit upon the stage, there will be fans" is actually about how many assholes with their crap bands came and signed with a major label and then toured around the world and got famous for nothing,no creativity, lack of good ideas and... But some bands like them,or others like mudhoney and melvins never really got accepted by the mainstream because they did not want to sign with a major label
"all the kids will eat it up,if its packaged properly" is obviously about how nowadays(and those days) kids listened to crap and shit music instead of something more heavy and creative

The lyrics are a dig at megabands like Led Zeppelin and Aerosmith, two bands that worked their way up for years and years before they made it big, now being dissed by a junkie who made 2 or 3 CDs, one of which had a few hits on it, and who rode the MTV corporate gravy train for a couple of years until he pussied out and blew his brains out because he ran out of lyrics and ideas. Face it, if Kobain hadn't killed himself he'd have dissappeared off the radar by '96, back into the crack houses with his skank bride.

This interpretation has been marked as poor. view anyway

This seems to show Kurt being pissed at the rock scene in general and perhaps the lack of creativity. Think of the line you could shit on stage they'll be fans, this leads you to think as he says if its packaged properly people will buy into the concept.
