   This is one of my favourite one direction song so I'll break it down line by line:
   
   "I keep playing it inside my head
   All that you said to me"
   He's remembering the time that she told him how she feels about him. at this point they're just friends but she wants to commit to a relationship
   
   "I lie awake just to convince myself
   This wasn't just a dream"
   He can't go to sleep because this thought of them being more than friends is a new idea to him, it's consuming his mind.
   
   "Cause you were right here
   And I should've taken the chance
   But I got so scared
   And I lost the moment again"
   after she told him how she felt, he starts to realise that he has feelings for her. wondering whether he should have made a move
   
   "It's all that I can think about, oh
   You're all that I can think about"
   he can't stop thinking about her and that time

   Is there somebody else on your mind"
   wants to know whether she's seeing anyone or interested in anyone

   the interpretation of the song is this: (in my opinion) they were friends. like close friends. the underline meaning of the line "I should have kissed you" is that he shoud have told the girl everything he feels and he should have gotten her. the song meant that the girl confessed, but he was like 'okay'. but after that moment, things changed for the boy and he felt that he's in love with the girl. but the guy keeps questioning himself like "should i say it. but what if the girl already moved on?" or somewhat familiar questions that. the dancing meant something else like that moment when the guy realised everything changed and he wanted to hers.
