   I'm in a relationship with someone with medical problem this song to me means, that what we have is real it's all true out time is short, nothing will ever replace this and when we are not strong were not weak because we have each other and it's not his fault it is this way. and when he gets to his place I hope he's well. That's the meaning to some of the lyrics. The rest are for what is to come

   In these lyrics,

   if it's not enough, it's not enough
   it's not enough I'm sorry
   
   To me, sounds like a loved one dies (which could be reflected in other songs on the album) and how no matter how you try to replace the loss it is and will never be enough.

   I take this song to be, to me at least, about a relationship that won't work.
   "there’s nothing you can say
   nothing you can do
   nothing in between
   you know the truth" - telling the girl/guy that they know what's between them, and there's nothing they can do to change whats happening.
   "when they say you're
   not that strong" - shot at her friends, family, she's not strong enough to make it work.
   "when you climb up to your hill
   up to your place
   i hope you're well" - when she fially does overcome adhering to everyone else's expectation and beliefs, she will be happy, etc.
   "nothing like the pain
   i feel for you
   nothing left to hide
   nothing left to fear
   i am always here" - self explanatory given above interpretation
   "what you love
   what you need is real
   if it's not enough..." - it won't work, song of acceptance and regret.
   This can be applied to my life at least, and this is how I see the song.

   My meaning of it is there's never enough when you have a passion or a desire for something."When they say your not that strong,Your not that weak its not your fault,but when you climb".I take it as a never give up song keep on thribing for what your goals are.
