Well, most will just say drugs or benzos specifically. The wraiths a car and an allegory for drugs. He makes a lot of references to drugs. Mostly benzos, and cocaine, which is often cut with it. I’ve always looked at it as a relapse story. He started with an 8th (of weed. It’s implied he later did other drugs) then he changed his life. Now he’s thinking about taking out the wraith (drugs), to feel good again. To make it last before he dies. I think the songs a battle with himself.
