   "Won't you buy some virgin tea?"
   
   Serj is suggesting that if it existed, people would probably pay a good price for virgin tea that would (unsuccessfully) give them their virginity back, because it is deemed as so valuable.

   I may have went too far with this, but I think he had sex with a fan that seemed uber sexual and skilled, and they had sex and he wasn't expecting to hear/see her again until she called him, notifying him that she may be preggers. Then he was like, how do you know it's mine? And she was all "you're the only one I've been with". and the song is about that intense phone call.
