   I believe that this is truly about not Taylor herself, but everyone else in this world. Following the crowd, blending in, trying to"fit in" and conforming to society. She says "two thousand years ive been awake" because she is aware of the sick world we live in full of judgement and hate. She is waiting for "the day to shake" because everyone follows the same routine and every day is the same. (⬅This is a reference from both janis joplins "ball and chain" and nine inch nails "every day is exactly the same") She also says "blow the smoke right off the tube, kiss my gentle burning bruise. Im lost in time" i believe she is refering to how the poor/ homeless/ sick are left to die, and how cold and heartless our world has become (full of violence, vengence and control) she also says "and to all the people left behind, you are walking dumb and blind" the blind people are also the "zombies" walking completely unaware of the world we live in and how it is wrong. We are slaves, we put our dreams aside to put on a ball and chain and work the same hours everyday at the same sad job, and come home and do the same things. Were zombies. She is not refering to only herself, but every last one of the people roaming this earth doing the same things.

   The Pretty Reckless are pretty occult/Satanic ~ this is a song mocking Jesus: "2000 years I've been awake..." 2000+ years since the resurrection of Jesus after being crucified. Since he came back to life after being dead, Jesus became a Zombie! Google "Zombie Jesus" for more information...

   Well, this song is obviously kind of a "screw you, haters" song.
   She says "Dear all of you who've wronged me, I am, I am a zombie" Zombies are dead beings, who're still kinda living. :| something like that. she's immune to all the hate she gets, because she's kind of already dead, but she's a 'zombie,' so nothing call kill her anymore. She says, "How low, how low, how low will you push me, to go to go to go before I lie down dead." This kind of means, you've already done enough, I'm already like a zombie on the inside. When are you gunna be satisfied? When you actually kill me?
   Yeah, thats it.
   Hope I helped :) tpr is an amazing band, cant believe theyre so underrated.

   i think that it does mean that everyone who is hating on her , she doesnt care because shes tired and finds everything pointless or watever so yea basically gone numb and all. If you look at this with another point of view though, for example illuminati way or watevr then it has a deeper meaning ...in one line she says "dear all of you who've wronged me , i am i am a zombie." if u compare it to eminem and how some say that slim shady may b possesing marshall mathers and how katy perry and every1 else 2 may b sumtimes possesed, well if pretty reckless singer is too then the alter ego of her could b saying dear all of u who wronged me could refer to any1 rlly she says i am a zombie possibly meaning the one whose rlly in control is the demon or watevr u wanna call it and shes the puppet/zombie ...i could explain more bt dont rlly feel like it

   This song makes me think of like a Zombie apocalypse in a way, or rather the human image of a zombie: dead but living? broken but moving? Just the way she list the issues and then states shes a zombie makes me believe its more of a look what your doing ill get you back sort of song
