Joey wrote this a complaint and protest of President Reagan going to Bitberg cemetery for a speech about World War II, because there were Nazi SS soldiers buried at the cemetery. It wwasa big argument in US for weeks before and people called and wrote and petitioned President Reagan not to go to the cemetery at the time but he went and spoke there.
