   He is saying that humans did not create commandments, so people can't tell him what he is doing is good or bad, cause it is not in the commandments Travis is almost unreadable and he has seen things. astro world is not just an album it is a place(state of mind) in your head which most people haven't gone too.

   how people try to fufill certain stereo types and think they have to follow trends and travis points out how these people are taking these trends so serious and literal doing what it takes to fufill it giving the trend setters the comparison to a god like figure when he has all these people following what they say or do.
