   I feel that this phrase means that her head is full of thoughts that she probably doesn't want to think about at the moment and her family is pressuring her to think about it and is involved in her love life and won't leave her and her love life alone unless she thinks about marriage and finding happiness, Which i honestly think is wrong because if she doesn't want to think about marriage right now then she shouldn't but her family is forcing her to think about it and she is just overwhelmed with them (her family) being so worried about her love life and just won't let her decide on her own if she wants to be married or not and i'm pretty sure she does but she just wants to find the right man to fit her standers,a man that she knows will make her happy for the rest of her life,knows that he will do anything for her,to protect her, to cherish her. "Family" shouldn't make think about something you don't want to think about or make you do something you don't want to do they should be supportive of your decision and be happy for you and what you decide to do with YOUR LIFE.

   I believe it to be that she's trying to speak up to her lover, but can barely understand what's going ion in her own head, thus affecting her partner.
   
   Another love related thing, is that the people in her life are pressuring her to make up her mind, make decisions about marriage and her love life. However, she can't understand it for herself.
   
   Her head is a jungle, it's hard to express herself to anyone she loves because it confuses her.

   That she has taken too many drugs and by saying her head is a jungle she's saying that because she too many she has gone a bit mad
