(In Touch With) Your Feminine Side Lyrics

You gotta taste on your face
You got some scare in your hair
You got some rock in your walk
And some hips in your slips

Stop running
Stop hiding
Just wanna get in touch with your feminine side

You look so cool, you look so sweet
Come...

Judging from the rest of the album's story, the narrator chose a girl to kill who he feels is special. It's possible he's never even met her, but he thinks he knows her. The feminine side part could imply plans of rape, other parts of the album hint at this, although its also possible that it is a reference to fully understanding her before killing her, or the amputation of her (feminine) leg. The line "it's your world, but it's my street", seems to imply he thinks that he is under her in the hierarchy of the world, but has more power in the given circumstances (he is a criminal, but he is also about to kill her).

To me, this song is about a guy who sees a unique girl, a girl who dresses differently, acts differently, and everything about her is different...and he likes that about her. Before the chorus, the lines go "Stop running. Stop hiding." Meaning, the guy is telling her to stop being ashamed of who she is and to show off her unique style.

Then the song goes "You look so cool, you look so sweet." The guy is telling her how much he likes her the way she is. The song later goes "Its your world, but it's my street." Which, to me, means he is saying the world hates the way you are, but "its my street" and the rest of the world doesn't matter, because I like you.

Multiple times, the lyrics say "Just wanna get in touch with your feminine side." In a way, he wants to get to know her more, and to make her a part of his life.
