I agree with the vampire interpretation. The "cover me in concrete, turn me into a street" refers to the tradition of burying vampires at crossroads after they are killed in order to prevent them from rising again.

The narrator of the song is a monster. Similar to a vampire, she has a human form but desires that cannot be satisfied with human food: candy, ice cream, etc. She must have the blood of the count humans.

She has been entombed/trapped for a long time is so excited to be free that she is manic but is conflicted about fulfilling her monstrous desires.

She wishes that she could fit in with people but she can't, so she implores the listener to entomb her once again.

It is a song about masking suicidal tendencies and depression. The intro might me about burying your old self and emerging as a new you.And the place where she sings about not liking Candy's and coffee's maybe she's referring that her depression is making her seem everything unenjoyable so they wants to die(tasting young blood-her own blood).
