I believe this song focuses on people struggling with depression and/or anxiety or maybe just someone in a rough spot in their life. She's saying to believe in yourself, just push yourself and "do it now". "No one's gonna wait for you" Again, saying you need to push yourself and stop moping around. It could be a message to a specific person she knows, as in the beginning it shows she is talking directly to someone "at the back of the bus".
