Your skin is warm like an oven
Your kiss is sugary sweet
Your fingers feel like cotton
When you put your arms around me
I feel like I'm just missing
Something whenever you leave
We've got all the...

This song is about how Crybaby is in love with a boy. The boy takes advantage of her body and then leaves her. She is saying that she is not the type of girl for a hit-it-and-quit-it. She calls him a piece of meat to tell him that he is also easily replacable. A cake is hard to replace because of unique taste and design, but almost all meat is the same. Difference in type, but that's all.

What it’s meaning is in the verse -slice of heaven I gave to you last night- it’s meaning she gave him her love for him but then he dumped her the next day so then crybaby she calls him a piece of meat because meat is replaceable but she says she is cake because cake is not replaceable but then she says we have all the ingredients except you loving me that’s meaning they have each other but he dose not love crybaby so to sum it up crybaby is in love with a boy but he dose not love her back

The song is about a girl who loves someone very much and they would make a great couple ("We have all the ingredients, except you needing me") , but the other person (in this context a boy) was only interested in taking advantage of her and leaving.
Her compliments in the song were her listing that he has good traits and that she feels safe with him.
The comments about her missing something whenever he leaves is because she has feelings for him.
"I'm not a piece of cake for you to discard" Her reflecting on her self that she is unique and he shouldn't throw her away.
"Walk away with the frosting of my heart" Take advantage of her, and leave her nothing.
"So I'm taking back what's mine you'll miss, that little slice of heaven I gave to you last night"
Saying that she is taking charge of the situation and going to make him regret what he has done and want her love back.
"If Im a piece of cake, your just a piece of meat to me"
Turning it around, meat is easily replaceable while cake is uniquely made and hard to replicate. She is not going to be easy and taken advantage of, but the guy she liked is easily replaceable.

Crybaby finds a boy she thinks she's in love with but soon realizes he only wanted Crybaby for sex.
I think this song is about a One sided relationship. As melanie (CryBaby) Is in love with the boy. But he only wants him for sex. The line "we've got all the ingredients; except, You needing me" Is basically about how they have everything to satisfy him as they're having sex. but she just wants love

I think -wait scratch that- know what this means she gave her virginity to a boy that only wants girls for sex and after she did thatg she became a nother victim to his playboy ways and she says in the song that hes replaceable
but shes not but then theres gingerbread man which she says she only wants someone that wants her for her body not her personality or mind so............... Go figure bitches

Crybaby is in love with a boy, and she gave her virginity to him. He left her, so she's saying that she's not a piece of cake (cake = ass). She's saying ("you smell like vanilla and taste like buttercream") because he seems good and he's actually really bad.
Then she's saying that he is a piece of meat to her, which means that she sees him as replaceable as he saw her, and she's going to make him miss her.

i think that the boy just really wanted crybaby body like REALLY wanted and just used her like a puppet and took away her virginity so he can satisfy himself and leave for his victim but in this process he really really BROKEN crybaby heart

This one's about Cry Baby being used for sex. The guy only wants her for her body, and she won't stand for that. But, after that is Gingerbread Man. This is where she takes back what she said in Cake. She wants someone to love her for her body, and someone who is as crazy as her. ("One who's always crazy")

Cry baby and this guy had sex and now hes done and leaves her and very time she talks to him hes being mean and rough do to the line of "your a pice of meat" (can't spell right ) cry baby is telling him how rude your being to her and thats were this line come in place "i am a pice of cake " she is say that she has been so nice to him and now he is being a dirt bag/rude/play boy
(idk I am only doing what I think it means).

I actually know for a fact what the meaning of the song is. Crybaby (A fictional character that Melanie made up) lost her virginity to some boy (unknown). The boy didn't love her back, he just wanted her for sex. Later on, in a different song, Gingerbread Man, she changed her mind and wanted boys to love her body, not herself. This isn't my opinion either, it's literally what Melanie Martinez said the song was about. Of course, this didn't actually happen to her, it's just part of Crybaby's story.

My interpretation is that Crybaby has a crush on this male person in the song and that she loves him so much that she gave her virtue/virginity to him, and he took it and then left her and broke her heart. The reason for this interpretation is because I have a crush and this song kinda describes him how I would...except for the chorus because I wouldn't give away my virtue at this age, and I never kissed him so don't know what his kiss would be like.I did bite him once though.. don't question this.. I obsess over vanilla and no he doesn't smell like vanilla. He smells like powder and flowers. <3 That's all for my opinion. Baii!

I think it's about a relationship she had but it had no love or meaning. The boy had taken for her granted and has cheated on her with another.
