We Don't Live Here No More Lyrics

A song about dealing with the grief of death.
Think about firing in a different way. “Dream of a time when the tides ebbing now rise again. Then you will know that to die is not really to end.”

Breaking up with partner -- moving out of the relationship and perhaps a home they shared together. Think of other things to get your mind set right to go on with the business of moving out. Empty the ashtray and sweep up the floor, put a lock on the door.. if somebody calls in the morning, just say we don't live her no more. Meaning.. they wont have to deal with any of the fall out of the broken relationship because they are no longer together. Sad song. Beautiful song, though.
