    Sounds more like death. Kitchen to the bathroom sink (throwing up?) Somebody sick walking back and forth. if you leave me let me down slowly. I'll be so lonely. He needs to know the truth.

    Yes this could easily be interpreted as a break up however this could be a hint to concern about his or someone’s mental health as it talks about “the kitchen to the bathroom sink” and I believe most people could gather what could be meant.
